Christy was an amazing part of the SwoleFam as well as a member of the Swole Team. She helped so many members, answering questions, encouraging their progress, and simply being an all-around wonderful person. Such amazing energy and positivity. If we can learn anything from her presence and her passing it is to keep pushing forward, give it your all, don't take anything for granted and even if you HATE leg day :), don't skip it! Miss you Christy.
