Today I want to use this BTS to dive into the relationship category of balance, which is not one I’ve jumped into much on a solo episode before. When we have ties or relationships that are ‘toxic’ or have an element where something just feels off about them, they can really impinge on our balance, and critically, the way we show up as ourselves. So, in todays’ episode you’re going to hear my thoughts on how to choose relationships that are best for you, which ones to avoid to protect your balance and when you might be blocking yourself from the right people! To help you take action on these principles, you'll find some journal or meditation prompts below - use them however you like to work through the takeaways from today's ep - enjoy!JOURNAL PROMPTS:What value do I want from a relationship/friendship with ______? *Can also be done as a hypothetical if you’re looking for new friends or a new partner i.e. What value do I want from a friendship? What have some past relationships taught be about what I DO NOT want in a relationship/friendship? What values can I see I hold as a result of these? Are my current relationships/friendships allowing me to be my most authentic self?If there are some that are not, why am I holding on to them? Is there other value that can justify my time/energy being involved in this relationship? Can I identify any limiting beliefs I hold about what I deserve or am worthy of that could be influencing my decision to maintain these ‘toxic’ relationships? If yes, can I rewrite them to attract what I do deserve in my life?Share this ep with someone who will love it + if you're loving the content, take a moment and leave us a review/rating on Apple or Spotify!Until next time,Stay BalancedP.S.
