He is a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City and was a participant in the James Beard Foundation’s Boot Camp focusing on food system policy and advocacy. On today’s show we talk about chef Williams’ path to owning a restaurant and what he hopes to see in Caribbean dining.
