About Chris Hinshaw: Christopher Edward Hinshaw (*June 3rd 1963 in Mountain View, California) is a U.S. American endurance expert and former professional triathlete. Often credited for popularizing the concept of pacing within the sport of Crossfit, Hinshaw is regarded by many to be one of the best endurance coaches in the world.
