Episode 364 – Are You a Coach?

In this episode, we talk about the sacred nature of coaching. Telling someone what to do is simple, usually useless, and often wrong. When we tell someone how to think or act, we don’t know them well enough to understand if it is really what they need. We haven’t dug in deeply enough. Coaching is about that sacred relationship where you have decided to love someone and hold their highest and best interest in your heart. That is a rare choice and one crucial to the fullest expression of the Ultimate Life. Serving with your divine gifts will always involve coaching, even if you do not choose that as a profession. Learning to lean into your coaching opportunities will bring joy to your heart.
