Episode 296 - Empower

In this episode, we talk about a buzzword that has been floating around the business community for the last few decades. That word is Empower. I define this as to endow with ability. Regardless of whether someone has an ability in something, if they want to learn and get good instruction, they can develop it. Considering my interaction with every person, I want to endow them with abilities they are looking to develop. I hired an instructor to endow me with the ability to snowboard. You can endow someone with the ability to love, just be your example. Choosing to focus on how you endow others with ability will help you forget your ego and focus on adding good to the world.
