In this episode, we talk about the elephant in the room. The US election is coming a few weeks. I have never seen such ugly posturing and bad acting in my entire life. Why? What does the process of an election do that brings out such rancor and threatening behavior? Loss of control one thing that makes people react so violently. When you are frightened, you tend to either retreat and hide or lash out and get aggressive. The truth is that regardless of all the external circumstances, you have control of your own life experience. No matter the weather, the election outcome, or anything else, you and you alone are the architect of your happiness.
