Bad Boundaries, #486

Your Ultimate Life with Kellan Fluckiger - Un podcast de Kellan Fluckiger

In this episode, we talk about boundaries that are harmful. Often this is a lack of boundaries or boundaries that are not where they should be. This shows up in relationships as codependency, tolerance for abuse, treating someone as a doormat and running over them, and other examples. Often those come from how we were raised or other experiences as children and adolescents. Sometimes our desire to be accepted or liked causes us to allow things that are harmful. If you feel stuck, you want to look at the barriers that keep you from doing what you feel to do. Notice where they come from. Why do you accept them? Noticing is the first step. Then choose to reset the boundaries.
