418 – Look Up, Not Down

In this episode, we talk about the old adage “don’t look down.” When we do, there is vertigo and fear. Perception of danger and destruction. Not true. Just projection. We are drawn to look down but damaged by it. Down is fear and destruction. Up is expanse, God, and possibility. We choose where our head looks. We really do. Looking down does not avoid trouble, in fact, it makes it more likely. Up gives possibility and makes it more likely we will succeed. The beautiful thing is that we always get to choose. No matter where we are now, there is an up and a down from our present moment. From every place and situation, you can choose to go up toward the “Ultimate Life.”
