Setting Agile Goals in 2021

Be sure to join Your Agile Home over at youragilehome.substack.com for free (and exclusive!) content.    New Years usually brings on discussions about goals and goal setting, but how do you set Agile goals?  We need to be continually making progress towards our goals, whether the goals are big or small.  Make sure to evaluate your progress at the end of the sprint and make adjustments in your plans as you're moving forward.
