Arielle Shipe is best known for her adventurous spirit and passion for living life to its fullest which she shares on Instagram and YouTube- oh and those fun GoPro selfies she always posts.   She is a yoga teacher, entrepreneur, content creator, and full-time graduate student getting her masters in Holistic Nutrition. If you can't get ahold of her it's probably because she's somewhere in the mountains with her dog pursuing one of her favorite outdoor activities of climbing, hiking, mountain biking, or skiing/snowboarding. She is a huge advocate for taking care of one's health so you can set big goals and climb big mountains (literally and figuratively).    In this conversation we chat about how she navigated moving through grief, how the loss of her father shifted the way she shows up for herself and others, when she found the confidence to adventure outdoors solo, and postponing her thru-hike of the Pacific Crest Trail.   Where to find Arielle   @arielleshipe Tahoe Rim Trail YouTube Series Arielle’s YouTube Channel   Where to find Women & the Wilderness   @womenandthewildernesspodcast @hannahrheaume womenandthewilderness.com Facebook Group   Resources   The 7 Principles of Leave No Trace Garmin inReach Mini The Somewear NEMO Equipment Hyperlite Pacific Crest Trail Tahoe Rim Trail
