Movers and Shakers: Keiko Fukuda

Keiko Fukuda (1913-2013) was the first–and as of now, the only–woman to achieve the highest rank in the art of judo. She lived her life by the motto she used on the mat: “Be strong. Be gentle. Be beautiful.”
