Planning An Intentional Life & Helping Your Kids Find Their Passions W/Lori Allred

My guest TODAY, Lori Allred, is the mother of TWO of my previous guests. (Savanna Gallacher and Easton Allred) I’ve followed her family for years and watched them ALL go after their passions with so much drive and intentionality, it’s made me wish I could learn the mindset behind the parenting! One day Lori posted on her story that she and her husband had just had one of their “quarterly planning sessions” and that they were ready to make big changes and go after their dreams… I loved the idea that even after having 5 kids and established careers, they are still planning their life and going after their dreams. I decided this topic had to carry a lot of weight and asked her to come on the podcast to tell us about HOW and WHY she plans quarterly and what kind of benefits it’s had for her and her family. We also dive into how they help their kids find their passions and support them in those. For me, this interview was a dream come true.
