I think it's safe to say we have endured many negative curve balls thrown at us over the last few months. Every month has seemed to have it's new thing that has thrown our world for a loop. If you're like me, it's put you in a funk. Doing the research to be able to talk about this subject has reminded me that being negative and having negative thoughts is the natural way our brain works. It's easy for us to have a fear based mindset. In order for us to stay positive, we have to put in EFFORT to stop the cycle.
