UFO COVER UP: EO 13526 3.3

Facing an avalanche of documents about to be declassified the Obama Administration created Executive Order 13526 to put a stop to disclosure in the name of transparency with section 3.3 of that order specifically siting "nonhuman intelligence source" as one of the reasons for continued secrecy.
