A friend of Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) from his past arrives as part of a military task. Led by Eduardo Dorrance (Shane West) his goal is to provide relief to Gotham and the G.C.P.D, with the aim to take down the criminal elements of the city.
Elsewhere, Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz) is concerned about Selina Kyle’s recent behaviour and tries to seek meaning and direction from both Alfred Pennyworth (Sean Pertwee) and Harvey Bullock.
Meanwhile, Ed Nygma (Cory Michael Smith) looks for answers about his involvement in the R.P.G. attack on Haven and is given a shocking revelation. This leads him to his old friend Oswald Cobblepot (Robin Lord Taylor) at City Hall, then on to the Sirens Club and Barbara Kean (Erin Richards) and finally back to the laboratory of Hugo Strange (BD Wong). As the shocking and manipulating truth is revealed slowly and painfully through face fresheners, brain surgery and then a staple gun he is sent on a final mission by Eduardo to search and destroy Jim Gordon.
Back at Wayne Manor a ghoulish family reunion is in the offering as guess who’s back to cause some mischief!
