When you share publicly that you are having difficulties trying to conceive, one of the first things that people usually say is “have you tried…”
Just a quick google search of ‘infertility issues’ will result in a whirlwind of information including various methods and contradicting tips that claim to up your chances of conception. In addition, there’s the advice of others that is often coming from a place of love... but is still not always supportive or helpful.
In this episode, Jasmine & Kat share the different forms of conception intervention they have tried, as well as important practices they implement to nurture their mental health during their fertility journeys.
