The real Jews at the time of Yahusha didn’t recognize the Apocrypha as Scripture. Josephus said; “we (the Jews) have 22 divine books.”  This was what was recognized at the time of Yahusha.  22 books were Canonized/ruled and measured and accepted at the time of Yahusha 22 Josephus then breaks it down he says; 5 are Torah 13 cover the time from Moses to King Artaxerxes 4 contain hymns and precepts  The Count: The Minor Prophets (known as the 12) were counted as 1 book. That brings the number from 22 to 33. 1 and 2 Samuel are combined and called Samuel, that brings us up to 34. Combined are 1st and 2nd Kings = 35. Combined are 1st and 2nd Chrn = 36. Ezra and Nehemiah were counted as one work = 37. Ruth was joined to Judges = 38. Lamentations attached to Jeremiah = 39. The real Jews in the time of Yahusha had the same books in their bible as we have in our OT compilation today within the 66 count!  The Jews rejected any other writings after the time of King Artaxerxes which is the time of Malachi…their sages wrote: “After the latter prophets departed Haggai, Zechariah, and Malachi the Holy Spirit departed from Israel.” AS WE SHOULD REJECT ANY OTHER WRITINGS AFTER THIS TIME AS INSPIRED SCRIPTURE UNTIL WE GET THE 27 NEW COVENANT TEXTS…THIS IS WHAT YAHUSHA TAUGHT US:  Yahusha didn’t recognize the Apocrypha as scripture: Lk 24:44 These are my words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must needs be fulfilled, which are written in the law of Moses, and the prophets, and the psalms, concerning me.  This is exactly the same phrase that the Jewish writers used to refer to the Tanakh/OT which we just learnt referred to the law of Moses – 5 books, the prophets – 13 total books, and the Psalms 4 books = 22 books,  equivalent to our 39 OT books today included in the 66 book bible.  Yahusha endor
