Our Covenant God

We’re looking at the characteristics— also known as the “attributes”— of God according to the Bible. One of God’s attributes is that he is a covenant God— He is a God who makes covenants, and he is a God you can only relate to through covenants.  We will unpack what this means by noting three things: 1) What the covenant is; 2) What the new covenant solves; and 3) How it changes and transforms us.  This sermon was preached by Dr. Timothy Keller at Redeemer Presbyterian Church on January 9, 2011.
