Deborah is in her 50s, has many years of experience in life and with EQ, and she will host the show. Natasha Campbell - In her 20s, she has a high EQ and Gen Z perspective on emotions and their impact on her interaction with the world. Nicola Date - Nicola is in her 30s and has always felt emotions deeply. She is learning how to understand and use her emotions to her advantage, and offers a millennial perspective on mental health and raising an EQ daughter. Eve Kelly - Eve is in her 40s, and has been working in the Emotional Intelligence field for more than a decade. Eve has a very high EQ, she offers a Gen X perspective and insight into raising an EQ son. Roland Rennie - Co-Founder of the organization, Roland is in his 50s and offers insight into the male emotional mind. Roland has worked in the Emotional Intelligence field for the past two decades and has a passion for teaching men how to speak about their feelings.
