Naya Thompson is a personal trainer and fitness expert who has been through adult trauma that most of us can’t imagine. She was in the theater in Aurora, CO during the mass shooting. She also experienced divorce at a young age and both of these events propelled her addiction to alcohol. When Naya was at her lowest point, she decided that alcohol was digging her grave and was limiting her potential.
