In the latest episode of the Simply Fit Podcast, I have the pleasure of speaking with Khrys Speed. Khrys is a weightlifting and performance coach, an educator and an athlete himself. Khrys’ journey into health and fitness began with a background rugby where he was climbing the professional ranks. In order to compete on the rugby pitch, he needed to get stronger and found himself venturing into the world of weightlifting. Fast forward some years later and Khrys has won a silver and bronze medal in his respective weight category at the British championships. He also leads the team at Ronin Strength where him and his team coach a number of athletes and everyday people to their strength and performance goals.
