Can You Be A Competitive Athlete Without Carbohydrates? - With Sean Sako

The Roadman Cycling Podcast - Un podcast de Anthony Walsh

Sean Sako is todays guest. After founding a supplement company in 2006. In 2013, a personal tragedy fuelled Sean's curiosity about the link between high carb, low-fat diets and lifestyle diseases. This quest led him to embrace the ketogenic diet, experiencing improved health and newfound freedom from constant refueling. Sean's fascination with human endurance pushed him to accomplish extraordinary feats, such as completing a 198km race through the Jordanian Desert without refuelling.  At points in todays podcast I push Sean hard to back up his claims. This doesn’t come from a place of intolerance rather of curiosity. I’m fascinated by lower carbohydrate lifestyle and constantly find myself on the brink of making that shift.  Today's show is made possible by our amazing sponsors: Caldera Lab Get 20% OFF with our code ROADMAN at calderalab.com/ROADMAN to unlock your youthful glow and be ready for summer with Caldera + Lab!
