My Guest today is Paula Thomas. Paula is a freelance marketing consultant who specializes in the field of loyalty marketing. She is from Ireland but lives and works in various places around the world following the events, people and projects that interest her. She is mainly based in Dubai but has also already spent a month each in Croatia and a month in Bali this year. 

She holds a first-class master’s degree in business from one of the top Universities in Ireland and she is the author of the book "Driving Loyalty in Convenience Retail” which is available on Amazon. She is also a judge for the UK based Loyalty Magazine Awards and has run loyalty programs for airlines, banks, mobile phone companies, and other large utility companies. 

Paula is the host of a new podcast called "Let's Talk Loyalty" which is a B2B podcast targeted at those working on loyalty programs around the world.
