Call me crazy but (in most cases) PMS is OPTIONAL. Those mood swings, carb and sugar cravings and dragging energy don't HAVE to be a 'thing' if you don't want them to, honey. The problem is we weren't taught how to work WITH our hormones and what they are doing during the Luteal phase/PMS zone of our cycle and that stops now.
