Ever heard Grant Cardone's take on why he owns a private jet? Man, it got me thinking. It's not just about flexing with a jet. It's about what that jet represents – the responsibility, the obligations. When you have that jet, it means you gotta fuel it, service it… and that isn't cheap. But it's also about efficiency and convenience, especially when you're at the top of your game. You see, when every second counts, sometimes you delegate stuff – like cooking. Not because you can't or won't, but because your time's a valuable currency. Owning things like that jet is a daily reminder to keep pushing, leveling up, and continually striving for more. Big responsibilities mean you’ve got to stay on track. And that also means no time for guilt trips. That's why you're able to set healthy boundaries. That's why you stop feeling guilty when you put yourself first. Like my client, Gudrun, said in our recent coaching session, "When you feel guilty for doing what's right for you, you're growing." Man, shoutout to Gudrun! Such wisdom there. Nowadays, there's just too much on my plate; feeling guilty about doing what's right for me doesn't even fit in my schedule. If people can't understand my choices, that's cool. They can label, judge, whatever. The right people will always stick around. Your job isn't to please others or to fit into their expectations. It's to be your true, authentic self. And as you move forward, you gain this unshakable confidence. You make choices not out of guilt but from conviction. If you want to learn more about how to stay focused on your purpose and stop people-pleasing, tune in for this episode. I also dive into other hot topics such as: choosing growth over fear the importance of self-love why you must be careful about who you surround yourself with the power of energy and how contagious it is why you should stop comparing yourself to others.
