In this episode, I go in-depth talking about stoic optimism, what it is, and how it makes you more attractive. I think that far too many people aren’t centering themselves in on exactly how to balance the ‘stoic’ and ‘optimistic’ parts of this equation… and they’re hurting their own attraction levels as a result. I explain it all in this video. And I'm going to kind of explain what it is and why in this and I'm going to try to keep this pretty brief. So basically what stoic optimism is, it is optimism but tempered with kind of a stoic mindset, right? is not a hopeless optimism or an hopeless optimism isn't the right word. It's not. It's not pointless optimism. It's not senseless optimism. It is optimism tempered with rationality and wisdom and the intelligence that comes from that from knowing that you need to do something to get some kind of result, right. So I'm going to give you a little example. I last night, I was out driving and I got a flat tire. Now my car is kind of new. I've never gotten a flat tire in this car before, right? So I, I pulled over. And I was like, well, I'll just change it. And I go into the trunk. And I look under the thing, and I don't have a spare. Now, I didn't realize I didn't have a spare. This was something this was news to me. Now, I probably should have looked before but I didn't, I just assumed there was one. So now I have the situation where I'm out in the, you know, on the edge of town, it's in the middle of the night, and my tires flat. So here's the thing, in that kind of situation, sometimes we might tend to go into maybe a panic mode might get really angry, you know, we might be tempted to be very frustrated, we might, you know, have a moment of like, what am I going to do?
