I've been reading a really interesting book. It's titled Mama's last hug by Frans De Wall. And I'm just gonna read to you like what it means. It's called Mama's last hug animal emotions what they tell us about ourselves. And let's see I'm gonna try to read the description, but I don't actually see the description. Let's see I really want to okay. me My goodness. Mama's last hug opens our hearts and minds to the many ways in which humans and other animals are connected, transforming how we view the living world around us primatologist friends, the wall, explores the fascinating world of animal and human emotions. Okay, so that's kind of the that's the little the snippet, the description of it. And you know, when I google it, just real quick now. I'm reading this book, and he points out something really interesting, right? He points out that, especially in the Western world, humans are kind of obsessed with the mind, that the mind, you know, we can through our intelligence and our rationality, we can accomplish anything. This is kind of a stoic idea, right. We're a little bit obsessed with stoicism. And, in fact, there's such a thing called modern stoicism, which I have been reading about a little bit now I'm not a, I'm not a not a student of stoicism. I'm not really a, you know, stoic philosophy, I haven't really read anything about it. I've probably read things that loosely fall under that category. But in my life, I have, for the most part, always been of the belief that we should try to live our lives in accordance with like balancing our intelligence and our emotion. And if we go too far over to one or the other, we're gonna kind of suffer a deficit, right?
