The Joshua Sigafus Podcast - Un podcast de Joshua Sigafus

In this video/podcast, I talk about the book “The Man's Guide to Women” by John Gottman and Julie Schwartz Gottman, and about how the book explains that men and women process their anger in different ways. This video was taken right after I heard it… just a quick-shot rant about why I thought it was important.
