The two get very serious about some conflict that involved Principal El and the school board - Principal El shares how he advocated for more appreciation to be shown to the teachers at his school and how that resulted in some conflict with the board - hear this story and how it turned out for Principal El as he recounts the events. Principal El also talks more about his new book that is coming out and how it gives guidance to educators as they continue pushing their own learning. Principal El shares some amazing stories of the people he has connected with and learned from.
