This episode of The Innovator’s Mindset Podcast with Brad Gustafson, an amazing principal, author, and speaker, shares strategies and ways to not only build relationships but to use those connections to create opportunities that empower our learners. Dr. Gustafson shares a powerful story about how his words, shared through the voices of his learners, have helped him in a time of struggle. The two get very serious as they talk about relationships and testing in schools. But if you focus on kids doing well on tests, it doesn't mean they will be powerful learners."
