Quarantine Grocery Shopping Tips

In this episode we talk about how to stock up on groceries to avoid multiple grocery trips while still eating healthy!Tip or Trick - Utilize Instacart or another grocery delivery service to order online. Some stores also offer the order online and drive up to pick up! Example of items we keep in our home and aim to go to the store every other week or maximum once a week.Freezer - frozen fruit, veggies, cauliflower rice, spinach cakes, egg frittatas, meat, chicken nuggets, meatballs, cauliflower pizza, salmon burgers, shrimp, turkey burgers, steam-able sides like quinoa and cauliflower rice, and Trader Joes frozen gnooci/veggie blends. Fridge - Apples, avocado, oranges, grapes, bananas - get one bunch ripe/unripe, bagged salads, chicken bites, yogurt, cottage cheese, peppers, hummus, sliced deli meat, salsa, eggs, and egg whites. Pantry - Chickpea pasta, canned chicken/canned tuna, tuna packets, marinara sauce, nut butter, nuts, rice/rice packets, canned or bagged beans, sauces/marinades for keeping cooking fun and flavorful [we like SkyValley, G Hughes and Trader Joes], seasonings [Mrs Dash is great!], Enlightened broad bean crisp, 1stPhorm protein powder/bars [we also like Built Bars - use LSN coupon code for discount!], veggie chips, Birch Benders pancake mix, and baking items.
