Don't have a Costco membership? Just dice up some grilled chicken, or shred it and keep on hand! Liz's favorite protein muffin After-dinner and before-bedtime snacking when not hungry can result in consuming unneeded calories. Potential Causes You're note eating enough early in the day Stress Abnormal eating patterns/Lack of routine Boredom Tips to overcome late night eating Evaluate what you eat in a day!   Are you eating breakfast?  Are you eating enough nourishing calories? Are you eating adequate protein? Develop a Routine/Plan De-Stress *Anxiety and stress are two of the most common reasons why people eat when they aren't hungry.
