Life happens outside your comfort zone [1:35] “Don't let anyone ever let you fear making a leap in your business or in your life.” “What got me here is just following that curiosity and following that gut feeling that this isn't the right place yet.” “Courage is not like doing things without fear. It's doing it because of fear-with the fear.” “Courage is really just taking tiny steps and then screaming the rest of the way through it.”  “Life's not meant to be dull.” “I surrounded myself with people who were taking risks, who were doing things. Put yourself around the people that you aspire to be and you'll kind of pick up on their energy.” “Let this be a year of coherence where your intentions are what you actually act on. We're not just getting on podcasts and listening to consume, but we're actually taking the tips that Leslie gives you this year, and go out, and apply them.” The Five Fears [15:30] “There's the fear of loss, fear of rejection, fear of responsibility, fear of success, fear of failure.” “You're going to be an expert in a lot of things in your life, and you're also going to be beginner.” “If I'm always expert, it means I'm doing the same thing over and over and over. “If you were perfect at everything you tried, you would be so bored.” “There's so much accomplishment and fulfillment in seeing your progress.”  Growing and Expanding [21:00] “Stop taking things personally, otherwise you're not going to grow- you'll just get stuck.” “Struggling through and facing those fears and feeling all of the full spectrum of emotions when you're first getting started with something new is part of the process.” “You are changing the world. You really are.” “Never, ever underestimate the power of whatever movement practice you're choosing and just create the consistency, but focus on comparing yourself to yourself.” “That's how you create confidence. You're not comparing yourself to me. You’re comparing yourself to how far you’ve come.” “But if you can connect to yourself, you are unstoppable. You can face fears.
