1. Vision, beginning of the year, one of my goals, new look for my brand. Taking action toward it. Long term goal. What do you want to create in the future? Where do you want to be in 5-10 years? Why will this project help you reach your long term goal. It's tough. There were tears. There were times when I was banging my head against the wall. There were long meets. There was a time when I thought it would never ever end and I regretted doing it.   2. Asking for help. I've DIY'd everything for the last 10 years. I knew I needed help. To reach your next level you can't do it by yourself. To get from here to there, who do I need help from? I invested thousands of dollars, but I know it will pay off in the end. There are so many things we could do, we have to stay focused on only what we should be doing. I constantly worked by deadlines to get the project done. And I managed the teams deadlines to ensure everything was being done on time too. I highly recommend using my 90 day plan.What needs to be done in 30/60/90 days to get it done.
