Stacy Bare came on the show this week to chat with Kelsi about all things veterans, including Adventure Not War which he started in 2015 to help promote peace through adventure. Stacy served in Iraq and came back to the USA with some mental health struggles, we spoke very openly about mental health and the need for support for our veterans. In 2014 Stacy won National Geographic Adventurer of the Year Award for the work he does with veterans and the outdoors. Stacy is not only an inspiring human being but one that continues to give back through connection to the outdoors.
