You'll get an insider's look at the drink's origin, the marketing genius behind its creation, and how it became a staple of bar menus across America.   Sex On The Beach  Glass: Collins Glass  Garnish: Orange and Cherry (taco)  Directions & Ingredients  In mixing glass add:  1 oz Vodka  1 oz Peach Liqueur (or Schnapps)  3 oz Orange Juice  3 oz Cranberry Juice  Shake for 20 seconds  Strain over ice into Collins Glass  Add cherry taco garnish    Where’s the beach?   Glass: Collins glass  Garnish: Cherry on top, fresh mint and optional, an umbrella!  Directions & Ingredients  1 oz White Rum  ½ oz Mezcal  ¾ oz Peach liqueur, you can do the full 1 oz but I don’t love the flavor as much  3 oz CHARRED Orange, or Blood Orange Juice  2 oz unsweetened Cranberry juice   ½ oz cinnamon syrup  Add to a cocktail shaker and shake!  Double strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice.  Garnish & enjoy!      TIP: How to make brown butter syrup – something that has zero to do with this drink, but who the hell doesn’t want to know how to do this?
