A correction note for 'Trauma Basics'

A small correction to the content of the Trauma Basics podcast - Formal chest tube placement for trauma is usually at the 5th interspace at the midaxillary line, not at the midclavicular line, as is said on the podcast. A big thanks to Jason for bringing my verbal typo to my attention.
