Sounds Heal Podcast with Gail Jackson and Natalie Brown

Gail Jackson is a certified Village Music Circles facilitator and accredited through the Drum Circle Facilitators Guild. She is certified in sound healing and therapy through the Globe Institute. Gail won a Rasmuson Foundation Project Award in 2017 to continue to study sound and bring its benefits to her community. She currently offers drum circles, sound baths and meditations in Alaska. This fall she will begin her teacher studies in the practice of mindfulness. Her goal is to bring sound and mindfulness practices to children at risk, underserved communities and adults who are in the prison system.
