She pushes the boundaries of her body and mind in the pursuit of unique life experiences: She was marooned for 6 days in an underground cave with no food or light with the challenge of navigating out, she spent 4 months walking the length of New Zealand with just a few handfuls of supplies in a backpack, and she is also an alpinist who summited the tallest mountain in North America, Denali, unguided. Sarah aims to empower the rising generation through example and documentation to cultivate internal strength, creativity, and a love of the unknown in order to explore and ultimately protect the world we live in.
