Inspector Gadget (1999)

In this week's podcast, Peter and Ray travel to the year 1999 to revisit the Disney film (sigh), 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗮𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁.⁠ Just to be truthful right from the start, this movie is terrible but the real question is if there are any entertaining elements in this movie or if it's 100% awful?
