As floods on the New South Wales Mid North Coast began to cut off towns and force thousands of residents to flee their homes, a Melbourne-based mobile kitchen was swiftly deployed. Some 1100 kilometres later, charity group Sikh Volunteers Australia arrived at the rural town of Taree to lend a hand.
