More than 30 people have been killed and about 150 others have been injured in Gaza as they were on their way to receive food. Witnesses say Israeli forces fired on crowds around a kilometre from a food-aid distribution centre, run by an Israeli-backed organisation. Israel's military has denied firing at civilians.
