#38 Mark Meyer - The art of being authentic

Authenticity. A word I have always struggled with. Overused. Misunderstood. Damaging, especially when used to judge people: "He is not authentic..." And then I received on the show Troels Mark Meyer, the author of the book The Art of Being Authentic (available here: https://a.co/d/8jQuyCb) I enjoyed the book and yet did not agree with all of it. I enjoyed even more exploring our respective approaches during the episode. We both learned a lot. What a great moment of flow, what a joy to move forward with Mark during our conversation! Example: Transform "I am angry" into "I feel anger" and see for yourself! 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 It is not just about you.
