This took some trial and error, but I finally figured it out. 🧐     It can be difficult to let someone else take the reins.  When I stopped seeing patients at my practice and handed over the day-to-day operations, it took me about six months to fully transfer out.  Our practice is our baby, we want to make sure it’s hitting all its developmental milestones. 🐣   Many people think that simple means small and unprofitable.  They’re under the assumption that the simpler something is, the slower it will grow.  𝑰 𝒃𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒐𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒆 𝒊𝒔 𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒆.   𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬- especially if you are trying to replace yourself in practice.  Constant change and complexity stresses the energy and the function of the practice. 🥴 That’s why simplicity should actually make it easier to grow! 📈   𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲.  𝗜𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗮 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿, 𝘂𝗻𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱.   If you need help simplifying or want me to take a look at your online presence to make sure it reflects your message, go to: www.ContentIntoPatients.com to schedule your one-on-one Strategy Session.
