Dear listeners! Are you working here in Denmark? Do you find it a bit difficult to dechifer the work culture? In this episode, I'll be taking you through the work culture in Denmark so that when you're done listening, you'll know about what's important to employers when you apply for a job, what Danes value at a work place (such as humor), what kind of relationship we have with and how we view our boss, how we work etc.  If you've listened to My Danish Experience podcast before, you'll know that I also do conversations with Bonus Danes (my word for foreigners). They can be in English or in Danish. If you would like to participate in My Danish Experience Podcast, please write to [email protected] - this is also the email that you can use if you’re interested in a Danish course with me/Danish Matters. Your story doesn't have to be out of the ordinary - no need to have acquaintances at the royal court, hold a high position (in fact, you can be unemployed), or be an ideal Danish learner. You don't have to like ‘leverpostej’ either 😉 Here’s a short video with a little info about the podcast: Want to know about the Danish Matters PODCAST (titled My Danish Experience)? If you’d like to participate you will of course get even more info. Interested in learning more about the Danish language and culture?
