Amy Horton is one of the co-ordinators of the St Louis chapter of the American Pilgrims on the Camino - we met in Nevada in March. Amy and her husband Ben are the quintessential thinkers. They felt the lure of the Camino and it now plays a big part in their lives....and the lives of their chickens.
