Lexi Crouch is an expert by experience in the field of Eating Disorders, Lexi is a professional speaker and educator for the Butterfly Foundation, she combines her nutrition education and mental health experience as an instructor for Endeavour Short Courses, as well as speaking on Lifestyle & Nutrition for events and conferences. Lexi has a lot of Media experience on radio, tv and published articles for her work and is a freelance writer for various companies as well as a passionate advocate in the mental wellness space. She is a member of the steering committees for the national roll out for the Medicare Scheme for Eating Disorders by the Federal Government, Shared Table - meal support (QLD HEALTH), Lived Experience Research Advisory Group, a Senior Mentor for Eating Disorder Queensland and a Yoga Teacher and completed her Bachelor of Health Science (Dietetics and Nutrition) at Endeavour College.
