In this English lesson, we will do a deep dive on the English word, warm. You will learn the four ways we use the English phrasal verb, warm up. We use warm up when we talk about what we do before exercising, when we are cold outside by go inside to get warmer, when someone is a little shy and needs to get to know someone before they are fully comfortable with them, and when we make food warm again. We use warm if someone is sick, and they might be running a fever. You could give someone a warm hug or a warm smile. Leg warmers were very popular in the 1980s. Benchwarmers keep the bench warm while the star players are out playing the game. Warming to an idea means you are more likely to do it. Warm is a good word to know if you are learning English. We also have a couple words that mean almost the same as warm, lukewarm and tepid. đŸŸ© Follow me on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/american_english_with_this_guy/?hl=en  🟹 To become a member and get special videos, join the Discord server, and special member chats, click this link: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCakDTg9dhhAsr3WmHyJDa-g/join  🟧 Follow this link for bonus credits from ITALKI for online English lessons after your first purchase: https://shareasale.com/r.cfm?b=1355613&u=2346050&m=70611&urllink=&afftrack=  ⬛ CAN I JUMP OFF THIS BRIDGE WHILE TEACHING ENGLISH?? https://youtu.be/fZpFesaqmfc --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/usbrent/support
