Welcome to Episode 25! I'm just one episode shy of being halfway to my goal of 1 per week for this year! Thank you for coming along for the ride, for all the wonderful and helpful feedback, all the likes, shares, reviews and downloads, and Welcome Aboard if you are new! If you're just joining me and wondering what this is all about, Episode 1 is my intro episode that lays out what I'm hoping to do and provide for my audience with this project. This week I'm back with a guest and I was lucky to get to spend an hour with the wise and wonderful Dana Pauzauskie, founder of Opal Eyes Co! Opal Eyes "envisions a world where all Beings live in alignment with themselves, with one another and with the natural world we share. We envision a world where intellectual and intuitive intelligence are valued, nourished and celebrated; a world where insight and action lead to harmony for all." (From the Opal Eyes Co Vision/Values Page). How beautiful is that? Where did this vision come from? I'm glad you asked! In this episode Dana shares how her literal journey from the plains of Kansas, to the Wilderness of Alaska, and eventually the mountains of Colorado, gave her experiences in research, education, environmental justice, and yoga. These experiences gave her the the means and space to remember a deeper connection with herself and called her to create Opal Eyes to help others. As we exit the Grand Time out of 2020 and move into whatever awaits us, I want to keep providing examples and tools to help you on your journey. I know Dana's story and professional offering will help with both. To learn more, check out her website Opal Eyes Co.
